There are three main reasons:

  1. Perfect Fit – To wear a custom-made cloth is to indulge in the knowledge that the cloth draping over your body was cut specifically for your body shape. Your cloth will only fit one person in the world perfectly. And that person is you. There is nothing else quite like it.
    2) Customisation – Do you want a different collar on your shirt? A different lapel on a 2 button single breasted jacket? Embroidery or none? Would you like a double vent or no vent kaftan? Side and chest pockets or none? How about your name or a special message inscribed garment? These are just a few of the numerous of options available if you decide to go custom.
    3) Quality – A good tailor using superior fabrics will create quality that can’t be compared to what you can find in a standard RTW store.

Do you offer a corporate tailoring service?

Qollars offers companies and organisations the opportunity to dress employees and participants, both men and women, uniformly and representative for events and fairs. We help you to choose from our large selection of fits and fabrics to create an outfit

We take measurements of those wearing the outfits at either our store locations or at your location. Upon delivery of the outfits, you have the option of having a tailor present to make any alterations should it be necessary.

How can I track my order?

Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?

Qollarsestimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by state and by country. We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 3 business days and international orders within 7-10 working day worldwide. Please see our shipping details for more information.

What are the payment methods Qollars accepts?

We accept Bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard, Verve and PayPal for all countries.

If you have any questions or comments about our products or service, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service representatives. You will receive an answer within 8 hours. Our Customer Service representatives are available by email or by telephone.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here and follow the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you keep having troubles accessing your account, please contact Customer Service.

Alterarions and ammendments

We offer basic amendments free of charge the first time. Alterations may attract a charge.

Whats my custom made order status?

After you’ve placed an order, we will update you about following:

  1. Order in process – order is confirmed by us
  2. Shipped to store – order is sent from the manufacturing hub to store.
  3. Received in store – order has arrived at the store.
  4. Shipped to customer – your order is on the way to your address.

Can I change my order?

To ensure fast delivery, our tailors start creating your product as soon as the order has been placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes afterwards.
If in doubt, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team. They can cancel the order for you.

What is the custom made return policy?

Due to the nature of custom apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is tailored badly and can’t be corrected, misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at info@qollars.com.

Items that have been altered by us in any way (including sleeve shortening,  addition of pockets, trouser alterations, jacket alterations and shortening of shirt tails) are non-refundable

Monogrammed products cannot be returned or refunded.

Facemasks cannot be returned for Hygiene reasons

Custom Made allows you to create your own piece from scratch. Choose from countless design options, and fabrics. Custom Made products are completed in 2 weeks or less.
